About this role

Nexus Dynamics is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a book of ~45 mid-market accounts (~$2.4M ARR). You'll drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for RevOps teams using our platform.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and time-to-value for new accounts (target: first sync live in 14 days)
  • Run QBRs and success plans with RevOps and Finance stakeholders
  • Drive gross retention (target 92%+) and surface expansion opportunities to Sales
  • Be the voice of the customer to Product; log structured feedback
  • Build scaled programs: office hours, health scoring, lifecycle emails

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience owning renewals and a retention number
  • Comfort with data products — you can read a dashboard and explain a sync error
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; calm under pressure
  • Experience with Gainsight/Vitally, Salesforce, and support tooling a plus

Compensation: $95k–$115k OTE + equity. Remote (US).
